Shilo Deals Another Hand for Cingular and BDBO New York
Shilo recently completed work on its second high-profile spot for Cingular via BBDO New York.

The spot, titled "Flip," was directed, designed, animated, and produced by the bicoastal company and began airing this past weekend.

The first commercial, "Blackjack Flourish," introduced the BlackJack last November.

"Flip" showcases Samsung's new ultra-thin BlackJack and Sync multifunction devices.

The spot features each phone's capability to view footage and highlights from the user's favorite shows and sports events.

Variations on the commercial will be rolled out as a series of spots: The first to air will feature NCAA basketball highlights and other versions will be for American Idol, Ugly Betty, HBO Entourage, HBO Sopranos, Nascar and SNL.

Familiarizing basketball fans with the BlackJack and the Sync, "Flip" introduces the device's latest amenities that are guaranteed to keep fans up-to-date on sporting news.

Combining design-infused storytelling with stunning CG imagery (a visual hallmark of the Emmy award-winning company), the spot glides past in a single uninterrupted take.

Following the stylized look of BlackJack "Flourish," the "Flip" commercial features the sleek machines as flipbooks featuring sports highlights.
