The Dwell on Design Conference and Exhibition is a highly interactive, idea driven, multi-day experience designed to ignite a creative spark within the ever growing community of consumers, creative professionals and businesses that share a passion for modern design, sustainability and smart growth.

This year's Conference theme is "Building Community in the Modern World".

Moderated by Peabody and Emmy Award-winning journalist and author John Hockenberry, the Conference will explore all aspects of the built environment - from urban redevelopment projects to co-housing and single family dwellings; from farmers' markets to public art programs.

Featured speakers include Craig W. Hartman, FAIA, Alice Waters, Kathryn McCamant, Mark Lakeman, Jennifer Roberts, and many more.

The Dwell on Design Exhibition will feature a hands-on marketplace created to spotlight and demonstrate top modern design products and services.

The Outdoor Exhibition will focus on modern outdoor living and will include several prefab installations, as well as a real-time, onsite build: The InstaHouse by Zack deVito Architecture.
