Pure+Applied designs exhibit of 50 Books / 50 Covers of 2006 at the AIGA National Headquarters.

The exhibit is open from September 18 - November 21, 2007.

The Opening Reception is on Wednesday, September 26, 2007 at 164 Fifth Avenue (between 21st & 22nd Streets), New York City

For over 80 years, the "AIGA 50 Books / 50 Covers" competition has recognized excellence in book design.

Categories are judged by trade, reference and juvenile books to university and museum publications and include limited edition and special format books.

Using dining as a metaphor, the winning books are displayed on two long banquet tables with custom designed table cloths.

The exhibit will also travel to Denver for the AIGA Design Conference opening on October 11.
