Cooper Cromar is proud to announce that, for the second year in a row, it has won the prestigious Scottish Property Executive Architectural Practice Award for Excellence.
Cooper Cromar was shortlisted with other nominated industry leaders in the category which included Keppie, 3D Reid and RMJM.
Following on from this success, two weeks later at the British Council for Offices Awards in London, Cooper Cromar, with their client, Commercial Estates Group received the Regional Award of Best Commercial Workplace for the Aurora office building in Bothwell Street, Glasgow.
The £24m building is Glasgow's largest speculative office development in recent years.
Designed as a spectacular landmark building, the development provides 176,899sq.ft net of dynamic grade "A" office space in the heart of the City Centre.
In the same week, at the Daily Mail UK Property Awards in London, Cooper Cromar's residential development Malone Square in Belfast became the first ever Northern Ireland winner within the Best Development category.
Receipt of these awards is testament to the quality of Cooper Cromar's wide ranging portfolio and project delivery within a highly competitive UK market place.
