The architecture studio A-cero presents a new project for a residential complex in the South of the Galician coast, a traditional vacation region in a privileged natural surroundings that enjoys magnificent views over the Atlantic ocean.

The project is located in the South West of the Oia municipality, near O Rosal, on the West side of the road between Baiona and A Guarda, in Portugal, right on the Atlantic coast.

The main concept behind the design of this 36-unit residential complex is to take the maximum advantage of the amazing surrounding landscape, so every single dwelling enjoys of the best views.

The houses, with areas between 250 and 350 square meters, come with 3 and 4 bedroom distributions, and have a carefully interior design featuring a double height space in the living and dining room.

The exterior is finished with top quality materials like natural black slate and porcelain in order to obtain excellent aesthetical and constructive results, emphasizing the project's simple forms and clear lines.

The common zones present gardens in the green surfaces separating the houses and a leisure and sports area, with children playgrounds, sport courts and swimming pool.
