Tukatech Creates 3D Human Body Forms for Apparel Design

Tukatech Creates 3D Human Body Forms for Apparel Design
Tukatech simplifies another piece of the Product Development puzzle by developing 3D Body forms so real that it is almost impossible to differentiate between the real human body and the tukaforms, unless you check the body temperature. Same body skin, soft body parts like human flesh, similar amount of fat that produces flexibility in fitting sessions and even soft breasts and mid-section that will help designers and factories see identical results. Unlike other body forms draped with fabric that restricts the draping effects as fabrics tend to cling to fabric, tukaforms skins, muscles and body fat allows simulation results similar to an actual live fit model. Pants and Jeans easily slide on without resistance for perfect fitting just like on a live fit model, unlike hard surfaced linen covered forms. Sleepwear, bra and swimwear manufacturers can actually see the effects of tension from under wire or elastics on the soft breasts as well as the creation of cleavage.

The process of Cloning involves scanning the live fit model, making a mold and forming the final shape and feel. The sculpturing of the human-like body is done through a very unique process using several chemicals and blend of materials. These forms are available in many parts, including full body, torso, detachable arms, hands, head, feet and various breast sizes
