The fourth annual Caribbean Fashion Week, wrapped up another year last night at Jamaica's Pegasus Hotel with about 40 Caribbean designers showcasing their designs at the Pulse Entertainment Group show.
Among them were Guyanese-born, U.S.-based fashion designer, Roger Gary, who thrilled attendees with a collection inspired by some of the divas of U.S. pop music.
Jamaica Observer reports indicate Gary used color in most of his designs, including form-fitting glitter and pink vinyl and denim outfits, green and turquoise minis and blue and orange yellow jersey mini dress.
Designs were also presented by The Cloth, Cargo, Squintwear, Loren Tulloch, Mushroom, Francoise Jenaer and Sas Urban Couture.
Caribbean Fashion Week includes all elements of Caribbean design, fashion and street style as well as the models who strut their stuff on the catwalk there.
