The Flash Film Festival 2004 New York takes place at 6:00pm on July 8 at The New Yorker Hotel, following the first day of the Flashforward2004 New York Seminars. At the Flash Film Festival, all finalists will be showcased and winners in each category - includin g "People's Choice" - will be announced and celebrated.
