Belkin Honored With 7 CES Innovations Distinctions
Belkin Corporation, the global manufacturer of connectivity solutions, has been honored with seven CES Innovations Distinctions by the International CES Innovations 2004 Design and Engineering Showcase. The products acknowledged as Innovations Honorees are: TuneBase FM for the iPod mini, Digital Camera Link for the iPod, Wireless Pre-N Router, PureAV Home Theater Power Conditioner PF30, PureAV Home Theater Power Console PF60, PureAV RemoteTV(TM), and MediaPilot(TM).

"Our emphasis on lifestyle-inspired innovation is really beginning to pay off," said Ernesto Quinteros, Director of Industrial Design at Belkin. "We spent a lot of time observing everyday usage models and identified opportunities which would improve the way people perform and enjoy their daily activities. Sponsored by the Consumer Electronics Association (CEA) and endorsed by the Industrial Designers Society of America (IDSA), the Innovations Awards highlight product advancements in technology design and engineering. All entries were judged by an independent panel of journalists, designers, and engineers.
