DAS Architects, with a resume of over 100 signature restaurant projects, has completed the The Pluckemin Inn, in Bedminster, NJ.

A new construction, the 10,000 sq. ft., three-story building opened in April and includes a stylish, contemporary restaurant with multiple dining areas, large bar and lounge, private dining rooms, and a wine cellar tower with two tasting rooms.

Proprietors Carl and Gloria LaGrassa selected DAS to create an elegant restaurant that encapsulates the essence of today's California wine country, while remaining true to the village of Pluckemin's historic eighteenth century character.

DAS developed a design that expresses a warmth and authenticity complementing the neighboring buildings and homes, while featuring contemporary design elements and materials.

"We searched long and hard for a design team that we believed could create what we wanted" says Carl LaGrassa. "After reviewing their impressive portfolio of restaurant projects, we were certain that DAS was the firm that could help us actualize our dream."

The entrance mimics an old porch that was enclosed in glass.

Materials include white clapboard siding, a cedar
