
The town house in South Kensington is renovation of four separate appartments in a Victorian London town house to create a single family home.
Crucial to the planning of the house was the need to bring natural light through from the south-facing rooms.
The open rooms are physicaly united by a minimalist but grand staircase, which winds around a wall pierced with mondrian-like openings.
The overall design language had to correspond to the clients informed mixture of contemporary and antique furnishings.
