This landmark building, by Sonnemann Toon Architects will be located in the Center of Coventry and will be one of a number of flagship public projects aimed at regenerating the Swanswell area.

The planning process therefore involves extensive consultation with the local Planning Department and a process of Public Consultation.

It will be the largest single non-inpatient building project undertaken by any Local Improvement Finance Trust (LIFT) consortium in the United Kingdom, with a total area of approximately 18,000 squaremeters and provide a variety of NHS Primary Care Trust Services, as well as third party revenue opportunities.
