Design Excellence Award for Clubhouse

Design Excellence Award for Clubhouse
Quincy Johnson, Jones, Myott, Williams, Acevedo, Vaughn Architects, Inc. celebrated the receipt of another award from the Treasure Coast Builders Association's (TCBA) Medallion Awards Gala, recognizing excellence in design for its Clubhouse at Magnolia Lakes in Port St. Lucie, FL.

Built by Levitt and Sons, the 9,700 sq. ft., Multi Award Winning, state-of-the art Grand Clubhouse contains many unique elements such as a billiard room, a card room, and a high-tech fitness center.

A community swimming pool, Tennis Center, recreational park, picnic area, and basketball and beach volleyball courts serve as additional places for the family-oriented lifestyle to be exhibited.

The interiors of the clubhouse and affiliated amenities were intended to convey a very relaxed, but luxurious, Caribbean feel which eloquently complimented the exterior structures.

Rodolfo Acevedo, Partner/Design Principal was the Principal Architect in charge; David V. Povio, Division Manager of the firm's Treasure Coast Operations, was the Project Manager.

The Treasure Coast Builders Association (TCBA) Annual Medallion Awards competition recognizes and celebrates excellence in the local building industry in the fields of Architecture, Interior Design, Marketing, & Sales Achievements.
