The Side Breeze is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom, 2-story version of the Sunset Breezehouse.

At 2,500 SF, it has all the wonderful sustainable design aspects of the original Sunset Breezehouse, but is perfect for more narrow lots or those with slopes.

The Side Breeze can be designed with a site-built garage, or no garage.

The garage can be for cars, or it can function as a studio.

Translucent glass garage doors can be incorporated to allow for ample natural light in the studio/garage.

Glass garage doors can be used on one or both sides so it can open to the courtyards and function as a studio version of the Breezespace.

A roof deck can also be integrated on the top of the studio / garage.

The Side Breeze has the same standard finish options available for Breezehouse homes.
