
The Ebeling Group director-designer collective Lobo has teamed up with Portland, OR based Nemo Design on a three-spot TV campaign for NKE6, Nike's extreme sports brand.
The :15 fully animated spots are created from the POV of a snowboarder, skateboarder, and surfer, and transport the viewer virtually into the exciting world of action sports.
The campaign is airing nationally on MTV2 and Fuel TV, and can be viewed and downloaded at the NKE6 website.
This truly collaborative effort tapped into the animation expertise of Lobo to create a moving, motion graphics-version of NKE6's winter print campaign.
The visual look was provided by artist Adam Haynes, whose illustrations can be seen on the new NKE6 website and in the print ads.
Lobo's team of artists and illustrators then digitally reproduced this Haynes-envisioned world, where the viewer gets to ride a wave, pull a few skateboard tricks, and shred through a snowboard park all from the first person perspective of the athlete.
