The Syndicate Creates Mirror Lake for Capri Sun
The Syndicate once again teamed with longtime client Capri Sun for a dynamic, effects-packed spot to launch Capri Sun Roarin' Waters, a new product billed as "water with a roarin' flavor of fruit.

"Mirror Lake," from Ogilvy & Mather/NY, opens with a pair of wakeboarders performing incredible, real aerobatics.

As one is about to land on the lake surface, he is transformed into a chrome streak that skims across the water, shooting far into the distance and into the air.

A second wakeboarder is similarly transformed, twisting and twirling in tandem with her friend.

"You've never seen anything like it..." says the voiceover. "Capri Sun's doin' water."

As if in harmony with the new product, the CG wakeboarders are further transformed from Capri Sun's signature chrome-style people into transparent, liquid characters through which elements of the landscape are visible as they perform their amazing moves.

When one of them skis up a rail slide in the lake and becomes airborne, his wake turns into a colorful spray of fruit pieces that illustrates Capri Sun Roarin' Waters come in tropical fruit, strawberry/kiwi and wild cherry flavors.

The CG wakeboarders do one last aerial maneuver, leave their boards, and land with a splash on the dock as they are transformed back to normal teens, among friends.
