Exploring Progressive Design, part of the Lloyd Wright Foundation's continuing and popular conference series, will examine quality design - in both product development and architecture as well as communities - and how the principles of Wright can be interpreted in a new century.
"Whether subtle in its simplicity or cutting-edge in its design; whether timeless in its effect or dramatic and for the here-and-now - progressive design touches everything we use, live in, work in and buy," said Foundation CEO Phil Allsopp.
"Exploring Progressive Design will focus on how designers - from architects to product manufacturers - influence what we see around us, what we do every day, and how we do it."
The event is designed to give participants - homeowners, developers, architects, designers, and consumers - the opportunity to participate in engaging debates and discussions, as well as to explore Taliesin West, Wright's winter home and architectural studio, and the Valley of the Sun through a series of exclusive tours and lectures.
